Here in my neighborhood, we're fortunate to have a 20+ year old theatre troupe operating in a small, former municipal storage building. My kids went to summer camp there and I got involved in some of the plays as a set painter. I painted the entirety of two Shakespeare plays, A Midsummer Night's Dream and The Twelfth Night. Both included illustrative elements, all of which I did freehand with a little bit of reference. I've got a couple of other pieces here, additions to a set mostly done by others.
